5.  What should I do about out of town guys in my wedding party?

First you should make sure that all of your owt of town groomsmen etc. know what to do.  Acquiring out-of-town tux measurements is easy.

You can ask your tux rental store for an out-of-town measurement card for each person - or you can go to http://www.jimsformalwear.com/pdf/jfw_oot_form.pdf and print off the form.  Or you can send each of your groomsmen to the site to download their own.

Have each of them visit a Tuxedo rental store in their area and asked to be measured.  Many stores do this as a common courtesy, some charge a minimum amount for this service.  Have each of the forms sent to you, or the information from the forms sent to you.

Turn over the completed forms to us to process for your order.  These should be into our store 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding.  Please give us as much time as possible so if we have questions we can get them answered timely and get everything right for your wedding.

Have everyone in your wedding party come in and verify proper fit on the Thursday before the wedding.  We are open for try-ons until 6pm on Thursday night.

Groomsmen CANNOT measure themselves.  It's impossible to measure your own shirt size, or outseam - so get it done right.
